Affinity Groups
One Vision. Many Perspectives.
As part of our company-wide diversity initiatives, SUPERVALU supports Affinity Groups (also called "Employee Network Groups") to help raise diversity awareness through events, recruiting and development activities, and community outreach.
These Affinity Groups, located across the country, help develop your potential early in your career progression, link you with experienced mentors, and allow you to take part in community outreach efforts to develop business opportunities and raise awareness.
Of course, membership in SUPERVALU's Affinity Groups is completely voluntary - but we do encourage participation because of the many benefits these groups offer.
