Specializing in grocery stores and food-related retail operations, DSG creates designs that put the focus on the food—and keep shoppers coming back for more. Their comprehensive range of services includes architectural and interior design, fixture planning, project management and energy and maintenance consulting.

Career Paths of DSG

Project Management – Oversees store development projects and guarantees each one is completed on spec, on time and on budget

Architecture and Engineering – Focuses on architectural, electrical, lighting, mechanical and refrigeration features of each store

Interior and Brand Design – Creates world-class brands and designs that help drive product sales

Equipment Services – Helps retailers find and select the best equipment for replacement purposes, renovation, large-scale remodeling or furnishing a new store

Energy and Operations – Identifies energy-saving opportunities for the most efficient operations

Most of our Design Services Group positions are based at Corporate, but a few also exist at some regional locations.
