Management Positions

For those of you interested in joining one of our SUPERVALU companies in retail management, here are a few representative positions to consider:

District Manger: In this senior-level role, you’ll direct the operations of a key retail market to ensure strong customer satisfaction, associate loyalty, increased sales and profitability.

Store Director: As Store Director, you hold the keys to success of your store and have total ownership of the customer experience and exceeding their expectations. You inspire your team, proved the tools they need to succeed and set an example they follow each and every day.

Management Trainee: As a Management Trainee you will be given key responsibilities and encouraged to make critical day-to-day decisions that contribute to store success, while participating in structure learning experiences. You’ll get the foundation needed for success as an eventual Store Director.
